Lightning Data
Lightning Data was a platform on the Salesforce AppExchange that used sophisticated matching algorithms and machine learning to enable organizations to augment their operations with third-party data, including data from Dun & Bradstreet, Bombora, MCH, Equifax, and many other sources.
I oversaw partnership growth for the platform and drove expansion into new verticals.
Revenue Cloud
From Lightning Data, I moved into Salesforce Revenue Cloud, which was essentially a combination of the legacy CPQ (“Configure, Price, Quote”) and QTC (Quote-to-Cash) businesses that had been built through acquisitions. I helped evolve and extend these into the cohesive suite that Salesforce offers today.

Here are a few highlights from my work in Revenue Cloud:
- I led a highly technical and risky, CTO-mandated initiative to modernize the licensing infrastructure and migrate the entire CPQ customer base to auto-provisioning. Our work established the playbook and infrastructure that multiple teams across Salesforce subsequently adopted, resulting in huge cost savings and CSAT lift for the company.
- I owned the Configurator and Catalog Management solutions under Revenue Cloud and oversaw the design of an extensible rules engine to replace the legacy one, and which would be reusable across the larger Salesforce ecosystem.
- I led the design of APIs to enable one-click purchases.
