Beckon was an intuitive analytics platform to unify marketing data from multiple sources and enable non-technical users to derive actionable insights. As head of product, I led development of the entire platform, including:

  • Robust data management / ETL platform to aggregate, index, and normalize data from numerous sources
  • Palette of data connectors for common sources, with extensible toolkit for rapid customization and deployment of new connectors
  • Sophisticated attribution model to handle both online and offline marketing touchpoints and generate unified campaign reporting
  • Intuitive query interface (“just ask your question”) and report builder
  • Data visualization tools, charts, and dashboards
